Sometimes there’s just too much of a good thing! So here, I share a little more of my conversations with guests Dave Thomas (1932-2002) Dave was particularly passionate about adoption and founded the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. You see, he was adopted when he was six years old. Initially uncomfortable talking about it, he later realized that by discussing his adoption openly, he could have a positive impact; helping more children by bringing awareness to the issue and making adoption more affordable. Dave Thomas died in January 2002 after a long battle with liver cancer. |
